I always stay here, no regrets. Staff helped me find tasty food. It suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Restaurant, Flat-screen TV. I come back for Easter.

Modern clean hotel with easy check-in, good air conditioning and quiet rooms. Communal spaces and book exchange were a nice touch, and fridge was useful. Great location near harbor and old town.

The hotel is conveniently situated just a stone's throw from the ferry terminal and the heart of the city center. A great base to explore from, with easy access to the bustling port and charming Old Town. The rooms were modern and well-equipped, with cozy beds and clean bathrooms.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and took longer than expected. The customer service could benefit from some improvements, but at least there were helpful staff around when needed.

The breakfast at a nearby cafe brought joy to my mornings. LouLou Cafe's delicious fare was like a warm hug to start the day. The light meals were a treat, and sipping on their fragrant coffee felt like a blissful escape from reality.

Loved the modern and stylish design, especially the rubber floor mats, because who needs soft rugs anyway? The lack of fresh air due to the unopenable window was a delightful surprise. And the check-in without talking to any person was such a treat!

Oh, I simply adored the switches that didn't work properly. Pushing them harder was such a delightful game!

I recently stayed at Citybox in Tallinn for a short visit to explore the city. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport and within walking distance of the old town. It was also conveniently situated across the street from a luxury car dealership, which was a big plus for me as a car enthusiast. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious window offering a city view. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel also had great amenities like a TV room, kitchen, and vending machines. it was one of the best hotel stays I've had.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel in the heart of this city. Hotel facilities were excellent with a café to grab a bite and a vending machine for snacks. The location was unbeatable, convenient to the Helsinki ferries and just a short walk to the old town. Cleanliness was perfect, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Transportation options were plentiful, and the hotel had the easiest check-in and check-out process. Highly recommend!

Stayed at a modern and clean hotel in Tallinn with a convenient check-in/out system, free luggage storage, and nice room and bathroom. Loved the common kitchen, laundry facilities, and the fact that it's located just 5 minutes away from the city center yet still in a quiet and safe area. a great experience and would recommend it to others.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was just a short walk to the old town and the ferry terminal. The views from the room were amazing, especially with the huge window overlooking the harbor. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful. Even though the reception was automated, they were always there when I needed assistance. Finally, the rooms were clean and spacious, with all the basic amenities provided. It was a great value for money, especially with breakfast included.

The temperature in the room could have been better regulated.
